Our wall mounted foldaway washing lines are intended for domestic use only. Any goods used for communal / commercial / industrial purposes shall nullify any claims against the warranty under all circumstances.
The warranty is against faulty workmanship and or materials, and excludes any “fair wear and tear”, any use other than the intended use, abuse of any sort including shock, forcing, and overloading. The washing line frame warrantee period is 5 years. The warrantee excludes the line used to string the washing line frame which is a consumable product.
Proof of payment must be retained to validate the date of purchase in case of a warranty claim.
